Xpress Primer H2O Plus is a unique 1-component vapour barrier primer for concrete, screeds, and mineral surfaces, preventing membrane blistering and delamination due to moisture. With excellent penetration and adhesion, it enhances coating adhesion. Its fast-drying formula undergoes a colour change for application indication. Once cured, it maintains surface properties, preventing concrete carbonation and efflorescence.
